Happy Tea Review
- Happy Tea Review
CBD Oil Review rates the Happy Tea Brand with two stars because it qualifies for the Mission & Innovation Badges.
Happy Tea: 60-Second Summary
Have you heard of Happy Tea yet? The brand has nearly half-a-million followers on Instagram, and people are loving their tasty, CBD-infused teas. These packets of fun are perfect for those who want no-mess, CBD on the go. We give Happy Tea mad props for being the first in the space to develop an on-the-go CBD tea mixer. But at present, there’s not enough information on the CBD oil they actually use for us to rate them higher.
Happy Tea Brand Review
Happy Tea was founded by Michael G., a ‘regular’ person like you and me, who struggled hard-core with panic attacks and anxiety. He eventually discovered that CBD helped his health issues, and he wanted to provide a fun way for people with anxiety to enjoy the natural benefits of CBD. Something tasty and portable.
Then, boom! Happy Tea was born!
Happy Tea’s flagship product is their CBD tea mix powder. Simply add a packet (10mg cannabidiol in each) to a bottle/glass of water, shake or stir, and drink up! You can get these in two flavors, lemon zen and mixed berry. Or you can buy the CBD tea shots, a more concentrated form meant for less water in the zen punch flavor.
After Happy Tea’s wild success with their CBD tea powder — they’ve got a huge social following as well as mainstream media nods — they launched other CBD products, including CBD gummies, CBD oil drops, a CBD pain cream, and their Tornado mixer, a blender that perfectly complements their CBD powder.
We like Happy Tea’s innovative spirit and their great-tasting formulas, but we’re slightly concerned we don’t know more about the CBD oil itself that’s in their products.
We know that the brand uses CBD oil that has been CO2 extracted, and it’s apparently ‘organically grown’. But in order to qualify for the Quality Badge, we need to know the geographic source of the hemp. This is an important determinant in quality, as imported hemp (especially from Asia) is often loaded with contaminants, not to mention it’s bad news for a company’s carbon footprint.
We’re also perturbed that Happy Tea provides zero test results for their CBD online. The brand doesn’t even state specifically what they test for, only that their products are ‘thoroughly tested for safety and quality’. We definitely need more information.
Finally, we’re also surprised that a CBD brand with this massive of a presence on social media seemingly does nothing to give back. We recommend they donate, for example, to a nonprofit that promotes mental health (since the founder struggled with anxiety). Something like this would make us really happy!
Bottom Line – Happy Tea sells popular and tasty CBD tea mixes, but they’ve got some work to do on CBD oil testing and the charity front.

Hemp Tea Bags
Organic Hemp Tea Bags
Where would we all be without our cuppas to sustain us throughout the day? Tea has been drunk for thousands of years, originally for medicinal purposes. Many different teas have been evolved offering a variety of properties and now there is a new kid on the block that you need to know about. Hemp Tea offers the benefits of CBD together with a pleasant earthy taste. It’s going down a storm, even if it is in a tea cup, and we can’t think of a good reason not to try it!
Your cup of tea?
So, what’s all the fuss about? Well, hemp tea features Cannabidiol and provides an easy way to enjoy the benefits of CBD. It’s easy to incorporate into your daily routine and is created from hemp buds which give the tea its green colour. The plants are left to mature until the CBD content is at its highest to maximise the benefits. No more than 0.2% THC, the tea won’t give you a high and you will enjoy the herbal aroma. Hemp tea tastes good too and features valuable antioxidants which work to combat free-radicals.
How to prepare hemp tea
Hemp tea is prepared in a similar way to regular tea. Simply pop a tea bag into your cup or mug, pour over hot water and leave it to steep for 2-5 minutes. This will enhance the flavour and you will quickly discover how long to steep your tea to create your perfect brew. You can modify your drink to please your palate by adding sugar, milk or lemon.
The magic ingredient
You will need one more ingredient if your hemp tea is to really work its magic. CBD isn’t water soluble and so you should bring a little oil into the mix to ensure that the CBD is released into your brew. Coconut oil is an excellent choice, but you could also add full fat milk or butter.
All the tea in China
Do you believe that you wouldn’t part with your regular cuppa for all the tea in China? You don’t have to! You could make the switch to hemp tea completely or just treat yourself to the occasional cup. But we are confident that you will be suitably impressed by the benefits of hemp tea and that it will soon be your preferred hot beverage. Our excellent hemp teas provide a wonderful way to experience CBD and so only one question remains. Why are you still reading this when you could be brewing up?Hemp Tea offers the benefits of CBD together with a pleasant earthy taste. Even if it is in a tea cup, and we can’t think of a good reason not to try it! ]]>
