What’s so cool about Cannabidiol?

CBD is one of the primary cannabinoid compounds found in the flower buds of Cannabis sativa — second in popularity only to tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), you know, the stuff that gets you stoned.

In recent years, as Cannabis cultivation has become legalized or decriminalized around the United States, researchers and growers alike have grown wise to the unique therapeutic and medicinal properties imparted by CBD, and have begun intentionally breeding hemp plants with essentially zero (legally less than 0.3%) THC while at the same time maximizing the CBD content.

The result is a psychoactive-free, CBD-rich hemp flower with immense potential to alleviate a wide spectrum of symptoms, from chronic pain to anxiety to arthritis to insomnia to inflammation to mood disorders; and on and on.

No, it’s not a magical miracle cure-all guaranteed to heal whatever ills you may have. But I and many others have seen significant relief through the use of CBD, and I’m so glad to have to opportunity to put it in the hands of more people.

The inevitable Gold Rush that has arrived with “legal” cannabis — believe me, it is only just beginning — coupled with its dubious federal status, and therefore no clear guidelines on its use, has left many consumers intimidated and unsure of where to go.

I can personally vouch that Blue Ridge Hemp Co’s products have been effective for me in alleviating both chronic pain from an old injury as well as temporary soreness from over-working myself, and just overall achiness. I’ve also found their pre-rolled Hemp Blue Js to be really effective in helping me to loosen up and unwind at the end of a hard day’s work, without the “high” that accompanies THC strains of cannabis.

If you want to know more about the cutting edge of cannabinoid research, Blue Ridge Hemp Co has a great page that brings together all of the scientific papers you could ask for about the various uses of CBD over on their website.

As for where to begin with their products: I use CBD primarily for aches and pains, and for this I find it to be most effective when applied topically as a salve or gel, or else smoked directly.

If you pick up their Salve + Gel bundle you’ll save some cash and can try both out to see which you prefer — I’ve heard other people report that salve is best for muscle pains and gel is better for joints, but your mileage may vary!

My favorite way to consume CBD is by smoking it, and unfortunately Blue Ridge Hemp Co has only done a couple very limited releases of their pre-rolled Hemp Blue Js, but they say a full release of raw flower products is coming soon!

So again, if you want to give CBD a try, you can order from Blue Ridge Hemp Co using this link:

…and if you use my code GOODLIFE, they’ll give you 10% off your order. This will also let them know that I sent you, so they’ll give me a small commission as thanks, which I will most likely cash in for more of their products. 😉

Check ‘em out and lemme know if you have any questions! This is brand-new stuff and while I’m no expert by any means, I’ve been following it for many years and I’m happy to share what I know. And if I don’t know, I can probably find out and report back to you.

I hope you find CBD to be as useful as I do. Cheers!

Have you seen positive benefits from the use of CBD? I want to hear about your experiences! We will all be better off if we can learn more about how other people are working with this stuff!
